DATA PROTECTION RULES

This Data Protection Policy (hereinafter: the Policy) describes how we collect, use and process your data, including personal data, in connection with your access to and use of the Geo Weather portal (hereinafter: the Portal).

3.5. Social networks

The portal does not control or monitor the social media platforms with which we may share your personal information. Therefore, any questions about how your social media platform service provider processes your personal information should be directed to such service provider.

5. THIRD PARTY PARTNERS

You can access and update some of your information through your account settings. If you have chosen to connect to the Portal via a Third Party Application, such as Facebook or Google, you can change the settings and remove the Application permission by changing the third party account settings. The responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of your information, including personal information, rests solely with you.

6.2. Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information about you (if you cannot update it yourself, in your account).

6.3. Data retention and deletion
We generally retain your information, including personal information, for as long as is necessary to perform the contract between you and us, and to comply with our legal obligations.

6.4. Submission of complaints
You have the right to file complaints on data processing activities, by the Portal, before the competent data protection authorities - the Personal Data Protection Agency.

7. SECURITY
We continuously implement and update administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. If you have any knowledge or reason to believe that your account information has been lost, stolen, misused or otherwise compromised or, in the event of any actual breach or suspicion of unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

8. CHANGES TO THESE RULES
The Portal reserves the right to change these Rules, at any time, in accordance with this provision. If we change these Rules, we will publish the amended Rules on the Portal website and update the date of the last change. If you do not agree with the amended Privacy Policy, you may cancel your account. If you do not cancel your account before the date when the amended Privacy Policy comes into force, your further access to and use of the Portal will be subject to the new Policy.
